Dr. Anton Birioukov-Brant

Anton is the Director of Ridge Road, bringing over 13 years of experience in K-12 and postsecondary education to the firm. He is an award-winning educator and holds a PhD in education from the University of Ottawa. Anton has developed extensive expertise in equity, anti-racism, history, curriculum design, and evaluation, having taught and designed courses at the University of Ottawa. His course on curriculum development received the Dean’s Letter of Recognition for excellence in teaching.

As a consultant, Anton leverages his deep knowledge of education and research methodologies to help clients design and implement evidence-based strategies. With experience in developing educational resources and facilitating over 100 interviews and 40 engagement sessions, Anton ensures that all stakeholders are heard and respected. He has collaborated on more than two dozen research projects and is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, helping organizations gain actionable insights. A recent collaboration with the City of Toronto and the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants was the creation of Indigenous Peoples in Toronto: An Introduction for Newcomers which has been printed over 8,000 times and translated into several languages.

As Director, he builds relationships with clients that reflect his core values of humility, collaboration, and respect, ensuring that every project is inclusive and collaborative.
