Gail Brant-Terry brings over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, administrator, and Student Achievement Officer with the Ontario Ministry of Education. She has led and designed professional learning at district and provincial levels to build educator capacity in delivering programs grounded in Indigenous perspectives and pedagogy.
Dr. Kiera Brant-Birioukov is a Mohawk educator, researcher, and scholar from Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. She is a recognized expert in Indigenous education, curriculum design, and ethical community engagement. Kiera has contributed widely to advancing Indigenous educational research and practice.

Her work focuses on creating transformative learning environments that centre Indigenous worldviews, relationships, and community priorities.
Dr. Anton Birioukov is the Director of Ridge Road and an award-winning educator with over 13 years of experience in K–12 and postsecondary education.
Anton has led numerous research and engagement projects across sectors, including co-developing Indigenous Peoples in Toronto: An Introduction for Newcomers, a resource distributed across newcomer families to Canada He is committed to inclusive, evidence-based approaches that build meaningful relationships and drive lasting impact.
