Can I see the “Free Preview” without signing up? If so, how do I do that?
Yes! We offer a Free Preview that includes a Module 2 video to help you get a feel for the course. You’ll need to create a free account in Thinkific to access it, from the course landing page.
If I enrol in the course but don’t actually take it (e.g., I get busy and just don’t have time for it), is there an option for a refund?
We want you to feel good about your learning experience. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of enrolment, as long as you’ve completed less than 20% of the course. After that point, we’re unable to issue refunds, but we’re happy to help with technical issues or special circumstances.
Will I get a certificate of completion?
Yes!
Upon completion, you’ll receive a personalized digital certificate (PDF) recognizing your participation in From Scripts to Responsibilities. This certificate reflects personal and professional development and can be added to your portfolio, résumé, or LinkedIn profile.
Once I start the course, do I have to finish it in one sitting, or can I do it over a few days?
You can move through the course entirely at your own pace. Pause and return anytime - your progress will be saved automatically.
Once I enroll and pay for the course, how many times can I take the course?
You’ll have access to the full course for one year from your date of enrolment, and you can revisit or replay any lessons as often as you like during that time.
Are there any forms of assessment (e.g., quizzes, exams) that are part of this course?
No. There are no formal assessments. The course is reflective and self-guided, designed to encourage meaningful engagement rather than testing.
