Kamelia Ibrhim is the HR Coordinator with Ridge Road Training and Consulting. She has a background in Child and Youth Care, supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and those with diverse learning and behavioural exceptionalities.

Transitioning to the human resource field to further her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in workplace programs, bringing a blend of care expertise, alternative dispute resolution and inclusive organizational development.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Kamelia enjoys watching movies, baking, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts outside of work.
